SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS

Free Shipping

-Complimentary Shipping on all orders over $50. We offer free standart shipping on all orders over $50.Jewelry below $50 are excluded from complimentary shipping and have a standartized shipping rate of $10 if purchaced alone.

-NOTE all orders will necessitate a signature upon delivery. We definetly do not ship to PO boxes. All shipping charges due to undeliverable or bounced packages is the responsibility of the receiver of package.

-Please make a free account on Dhl.com in order to manage your shipment if you need to change your shipping addres or you won`t be at home.

International Delivery

-Currently, we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States , Canada, EUand Turkey. We do not ship internationally. To guarantee the secure delivery of your order, Jewelry does not ship orders to post office boxes. jewelry is able to accept post office box addresses for your billing requirements.

Shipping Times

-Please let us7-9 business days. Jewelry ordered together may not always ship together.

-Deliveries to Puerto Rico , Hawaii and Alaska may be delayed.

-Orders excluding US Federal Holidays, ship Monday to Friday.

-We are not able to ship or process orders on weekends or company holidays. ( Memorial Day , New Year`s Day, New Year`s Eve , Independence Day , Thanksgiving Day , Christmas Day and Christmas Eve.)

How do you track your order?

-We send you an email with tracking information once your order has leaved our warehouse.

What happens if your order is delayed ?

-Once your order is packaged, we will send an email with your tacking information.

Missing or incorrect item from your order

Please contact our team instantly. We are sorry for any trouble due to incorrect or missing item. Our team will resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Order Cancellations

Once your order has been placed, it can be cancelled at any time before your jewelry has shipped. Please email with your order number in the subject line. Your order can no longer be cancelled , if we receive your request after we ship your order. We are unable to refund shipping charges for orders cancelled after they have been shipped.

For custom orders, we ask you to cancel within 48 hours after confirmation. Please note all custom ordes are final sale once past the 48 hours threshold.

Return Policy

You have right to return jewelry that are in original condition and unused within 30 days of purchase. Defective/damaged jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.

You may not return or exchange any custom order.

Return Policy

-Fill out the Return Form stating item number, quantity and the reason code for your return(s).

-Delicately pack your jewelry with your Return Form inside.

-Please inform us about the method of shipping before you drop off your package. Jewelry has max $25 limit of reimburce payment for deliviries within US.

  • Once we receive your return, you will receive an e mail notification. Please allow up to 3 business days for investigation.
  • Jewelry showing any sign of resizing , damage or wear will not be accepted and returned to customer.

We ask you to permit us up to 4 business days for processing.

Refunds will be processed in the orginal method of payment. It takes 3 to 5 business days for refunds to be credited to your account.

Exchanges

-We do not accept any exchanges. In order to make an exchange you must return your products first , then you are able to purchase the new jewelry you like to have.

Gift Wrap

All jewelry purchases come in our signature Jewelry branded box. We ask you to include your gift message at check out under ``order notes`` for an Jewelry branded shopping bag.
